Cup-Free Race (Bring Your Own Cup)
We do not supply single-use plastic or paper cups at aid stations. All participants must carry a reusable cup, soft flask, or hydration pack for liquids.
Zero Littering = Zero Tolerance
Dropping gel wrappers, food packaging, or waste anywhere on the trail will result in immediate disqualification. Carry all trash with you to the next aid station bin.
Stay on the Marked Path
To prevent soil erosion and protect native flora and wildlife habitats, runners must stick strictly to the marked trail system at all times.
Waste Sorting & Minimal Footprint
All aid station waste is sorted and recycled on site. We prioritize local sourcing, reusable signage, and digital-first communication to minimize material waste.
